Our delivery and refund terms for photography services are detailed below.
1. Delivery
Photos are delivered digitally through an online gallery within 7-30 days after the shoot, depending on the package. Album printing requires an additional 2-4 weeks.
2. Delivery Method
Digital photos are shared via a password-protected online gallery link. Album and printed packages are shipped via courier; shipping within Türkiye is free.
3. Refund Policy
Since photography is a service performed on a specific date, no refund is issued once the shoot is completed. However, the following refunds apply before the shoot:
4. Cancellation Terms
• Cancelled 14+ days before shoot: 100% refund of deposit. • Cancelled 7-14 days before: 50% refund. • Cancelled less than 7 days before: no refund. Requests via hello@forever-marriage.com.
5. Force Majeure
In case of pandemic, natural disaster or serious illness, free date change is provided.
6. Technical Issue
If the shoot could not be performed due to a technical issue on our side (equipment failure etc.), a new shoot is arranged free of charge or the full payment is refunded.
