Terms of Service

This agreement governs the relationship between Forever Marriage Photography ("Seller") and the person reserving a service via the website ("Buyer"), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
1. Parties
Seller: Forever Marriage Photography · Address: Beyaz Kasır, Istanbul · Email: hello@forever-marriage.com · Phone: +90 (0) 545 103 40 90. Buyer: the person whose details appear on the booking form.
2. Scope
The seller will provide the photography package (mansion, studio, lake or caravan shoot) selected by the Buyer on the specified date. A 30% deposit is collected upfront via iyzico.
3. Service Details
The package name, duration, contents and total price are clearly displayed on the booking page. Deposit is 30% of total price. Remainder is paid no later than 24 hours before the shoot.
4. Payment
Deposit is processed via iyzico Payment Services Inc. using 3D Secure. Card details are never disclosed to Forever Marriage.
5. Service Delivery
The shoot will take place on the date, time and location specified in the booking. In case of force majeure (illness, etc.) parties shall agree on a new date.
6. Right to Withdraw
Per the Distance Sales Regulation art. 15/1(g), services performed on a specific date are exempt from the right to withdraw. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations are fully refunded.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be brought to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts of Türkiye.
